As a DevRel Engineer, you will lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of products aimed at enhancing our skills coverage and content quality while boosting customer engagement. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify gaps and opportunities in the developer journey. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products that define how developers interact with our platform. Key facts

What you'll do

• Architect and maintain the global network of subject matter experts responsible for authoring and validating coding challenges across multiple domains.
• Conduct deep analysis of the product roadmap for the coding challenge platform, identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-informed enhancements to the content ecosystem.
• Design and iterate on internal tools that streamline content delivery, enforce quality gates, and enable support for emerging technologies and programming languages.
• Partner directly with key customer teams to map their specific workflows and translate their complex requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Leverage advanced data analytics and automation frameworks, including generative AI, to optimize every stage of the content creation, review, and deployment lifecycle.
• Implement rigorous validation frameworks to ensure that all products and features adhere to the highest standards of fairness, validity, and user experience for a diverse global developer base.
• Define and monitor core engagement metrics to assess the health of the developer community and drive evidence-based decisions for feature prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering and product teams to de-risk launches and ensure seamless integration of new capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and playbooks that codify best practices for content strategy and community management.
• Mentor junior team members on effective communication strategies and the technical aspects of the developer relations discipline.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our content infrastructure and long-term strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for the content platform, troubleshooting complex issues and guiding the resolution of high-priority escalations.

Requirements

• Apply a strategic, hands-on approach to product development, demonstrating a track record of operational excellence and execution from initial concept through global deployment.
• Possess solid technical expertise spanning frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML applications, and DevOps methodologies, with concrete experience in technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, AWS, Jenkins, and GenAI platforms.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience gained within dynamic environments and modern, scalable technology stacks.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, enabling you to work closely with engineering partners and effectively translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable product directives.
• Demonstrate proficiency with essential product and collaboration tools, including GitHub for version control, JIRA for project tracking, Slack for communication, and analytics platforms for performance measurement.
• Show a proven ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Possess strong analytical skills, with the capability to dissect complex problems and derive insights that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Have a deep commitment to maintaining the integrity and reliability of the platform, ensuring that all outputs meet strict quality and compliance standards.
