About the role
You will own the end-to-end discovery, strategy, and execution for new business lines within payroll tax products at Symmetry, a core infrastructure layer for payroll platforms serving over 64 million workers annually. You will pair sharp product judgment with fluency in AI tools to automate friction, amplify creativity, and deliver durable business outcomes such as new revenue and retention of existing revenue streams. You will work hand-in-hand with a new product development engineering team to prototype, validate, and scale AI-powered solutions that redefine what is possible in payroll tax. You are expected to act as an activator who couples execution ownership with a relentless focus on long-term strategy and market success. The role demands comfort with ambiguity, a builder's mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity while ensuring alignment across compliance, legal, and customer needs. You will define the North Star for Symmetry's new tax offerings, ensuring that every initiative ladders up to durable value for both customers and the business.
