Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering production-grade systems.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and operating scalable, high-availability distributed systems.
Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js, with deep understanding of runtime behavior.
Experience working with relational databases, caching layers, and message queues in production environments.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and observability tools used to run critical services.
History of collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile product environment.
Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic planning and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable making technical trade-offs with incomplete information while owning the outcomes of those decisions.
