About the role
The GrabFood Growth and Strategy team functions as the primary engine for food delivery expansion. You will focus on scaling platform demand, improving business efficiency, and executing high-impact initiatives through data-backed experimentation and cross-functional coordination. In this capacity, you will own the design and execution of strategic workstreams that directly influence market positioning and revenue generation. You will be responsible for developing robust go-to-market frameworks that align with overarching P&L objectives and ensure sustained competitiveness in a dynamic environment. A core part of your role involves monitoring key business health indicators, including P&L performance, conversion funnels, customer churn, and competitive movements to inform strategic pivots. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to construct predictive demand models and advanced statistical analyses that guide critical business decisions. Furthermore, you will architect and implement structural initiatives related to promotions, delivery fees, and targeted deals to stimulate sustainable demand growth across the ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Direct growth initiatives while actively managing a dedicated budget from end to end.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies to meet P&L targets and maintain market competitiveness in key segments.
- Monitor business health by conducting deep dives into P&L statements, conversion funnels, customer churn, and competitor activity.
- Partner with internal teams to build predictive demand models and advanced statistical analyses to support scenario planning.
- Create and implement structures for promotions, delivery fees, and deals designed to boost sustainable demand and optimize unit economics.
- Oversee budget forecasting and spending with rigorous discipline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Lead complex, end-to-end project management across multiple workstreams while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to influence senior leadership and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and define success metrics to measure intervention effectiveness.
- Drive hands-on analysis using large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for strategic intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on objectives, clarify constraints, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses related to pricing, promotions, and user acquisition strategies in a controlled manner.
- Synthesize insights into clear narratives and actionable recommendations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Champion a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the Growth and Strategy organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in technology, management consulting, platform businesses, or financial services.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis, including advanced formulas and dashboard development.
- Possess a proven ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights that drive measurable outcomes.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with the capacity to present complex findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Show a demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and project execution within matrixed environments.
- Maintain professional fluency in both Thai and English, including advanced written and verbal communication skills.
