Fleet Quality Associate

About the role

You will serve as the primary link between our national vehicle pools and our operational objectives. Your work centers on auditing inspection data to ensure our fleet remains roadworthy while maintaining strict quality standards and preventing fraudulent activity.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Conduct regular audits to detect fraud and identify suspicious inspection outcomes at our check points.
• Analyze discrepancies between inspection failures and actual repair logs to suggest process improvements.
• Perform gap analysis on vehicle repair pipelines to determine why units remain stalled.
• Coordinate with pool leads across 12 branches to monitor fleet conditions and provide operational support.
• Manage project rollouts by working with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the Quality Management System for fleet operations and collaborate with compliance teams to update policies.
• Assess new 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicle models to determine their suitability for ride-hailing services.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive fleet management, car rentals, taxi operations, or manufacturing within a quality control or operations role.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa, both spoken and written.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems and their practical application.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to write complex functions.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, including general and body repairs, as well as vehicle quality standards.
• Experience with project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the ride-hailing industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Google Studio.
