About the role
You will partner with Sales leadership to align event investments to territory and account priorities, ensuring field programs directly support pipeline and revenue goals. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of event and field programs, establishing the foundational playbooks that allow the team to scale efficiently. As a strategic operator, you will define audience segmentation and investment decisions while bringing rigorous measurement to every initiative. You will design and activate innovative in-person experiences that deepen customer relationships and shape Glow's brand presence in the market. You will collaborate across functions to accelerate deals and turn complex security concepts into clear, impactful narratives. You will drive pre-event enablement and post-event follow-up rigor to ensure consistent execution. Ultimately, you will build the infrastructure and discipline necessary to turn field marketing into a scalable, measurable growth engine for Glow.

- Strategy & Ownership
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align event investments to territory and account priorities.
- Develop scalable playbooks for event planning, activation, and follow-up that can be replicated across markets.
- Operational Excellence
- Build and manage event budgets with strong ROI discipline and clear financial governance.
- Create standardized processes for planning, tracking, and post-event follow-up to reduce manual effort.
- Implement scalable systems for registration tracking, lead capture, routing, and SLA enforcement to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Drive pre-event enablement and post-event follow-up rigor across Sales teams to maximize conversion and adoption.
- Data & Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs including pipeline generated and influenced, revenue attribution, cost per opportunity, event ROI, and meeting conversion rates.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that connect field activities to business outcomes.
- Continuously optimize channel mix based on performance data and emerging market signals.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM systems to measure impact, attribute value, and inform future decisions.
- Program Design and Execution
- Design end-to-end event experiences that balance strategic objectives with attendee needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content, messaging, and logistics are aligned with Glow's positioning.
- Lead the creation of event content, agendas, and materials that highlight the agentic-first security platform.
- Partner with Product and Sales to identify target accounts and tailor field programs that address specific use cases.
- Build and maintain a robust event calendar that balances demand generation and relationship-building objectives.
- Enablement and Collaboration
- Develop field playbooks and training materials that equip Sales teams to engage confidently after events.
- Work closely with Customer Success to translate event insights into product and messaging improvements.
- Act as the marketing expert within cross-functional discussions, bringing data and customer feedback to the table.
- Champion best practices and document processes so that field marketing can scale without losing quality.
- Innovation and Growth
- Explore new formats and channels for field marketing, from intimate roundtables to large-scale conferences.
- Test and iterate on event mechanics, registration flows, and follow-up sequences to improve performance over time.
- Maintain a bias for action, moving quickly to test ideas, learn from results, and apply insights to future programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in field marketing or event marketing.
- Experience owning and executing large-scale tradeshows and high-volume field programs.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through event programs.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI.
- Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
