What you'll do
You will interpret intake requests to verify scope, client identity, and matter specifics before proceeding with any analysis. You will design and execute search strategies within internal proprietary databases to identify relevant relationship patterns and potential overlaps across entities and individuals. A core function involves conducting external research on corporate entities and individuals to accurately map organizational structures, ownership, and management lines. You will analyze conflicts data, assess consistency, and produce clear, defensible documentation for partner review and decision-making.
