Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. 3 or more years of experience building production web applications with React.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React patterns, including server components, hooks, and data fetching.

A keen eye for UI quality, noticing small inconsistencies such as padding misalignment.
Proven experience with frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
