What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms that can be deployed in real-time environments, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness in various operational contexts.
Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions, making necessary adjustments and optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the deployment phase, ensuring a smooth integration of AI technologies into their existing systems.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new techniques and methodologies to enhance our offerings.
Document processes, methodologies, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and with clients.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to refine AI models based on feedback and performance metrics.
Lead training sessions for clients and internal teams on the use and maintenance of AI solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Assist in the development of proposals and project plans, contributing to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the company.
Engage in troubleshooting and debugging of AI systems post-deployment, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision applications.
Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Previous experience working in a client-facing role, particularly in a consulting or service-oriented environment.

Skills & tools

Proficient in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Ability to work with databases and data visualization tools to analyze and present data effectively.

This position is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and may require occasional travel to client sites.
