What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with Fxpro's business objectives and target audience.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all digital content is optimized for search engines, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure that Fxpro remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, mobile optimization, and page speed enhancements.
• Work closely with the development team to implement SEO recommendations and ensure that best practices are followed during website updates.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in our SEO strategy compared to industry competitors.
• Lead SEO training sessions for team members to foster a culture of SEO awareness and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and social media.
• Develop and maintain documentation of SEO processes, strategies, and performance metrics for internal use and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development processes to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
