What you'll do

• Collaborate with various departments to identify and address staffing needs, ensuring that the right talent is sourced for each role.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across different functions.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and its culture.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance FxPro's reputation as an employer of choice in the financial services sector.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to create a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Support the development of training programs and professional development initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Engage in continuous learning about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools, including social media and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Cyprus.
• Knowledge of the forex and CFD trading industry.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Greek and English.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
