What you'll do

• Lead comprehensive change management initiatives across various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored change strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective communication plans that engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, or similar.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in conducting training and workshops, with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A degree in business, organizational development, psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a consultancy environment, particularly in a client-facing role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in change management.
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and their impact on organizational change.
