About the role
You will own the end-to-end ownership of partnership lifecycles with leading nonprofit technology and consulting companies, ensuring that relationships drive tangible value for our nonprofit clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, translating complex technical and commercial concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders. This role demands that you facilitate seamless coordination between technical, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions that keep mission-driven platforms operational and effective. You will proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships through strategic presentation of marketing ideas and data-driven strategies that benefit all parties involved. You will rigorously prioritize a high volume of daily tasks to focus on activities that directly support client retention and platform stability. You will represent the company with professionalism over the phone, in emails, and occasionally in person, embodying our commitment to transparency and impact. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to negotiate and close deals that strengthen our ecosystem of partners and reinforce our shared mission.

What you'll do
- Initiate and manage daily dialogues with professionals in a wide range of positions at nonprofit technology companies.
- Present innovative marketing ideas and strategies that align with the interests of our company, our nonprofit clients, and our partners.
- Coordinate intricate technical, marketing, and commercial conversations while producing high-quality supporting materials.
- Prioritize a substantial pipeline of possible daily tasks down to a focused list of essential activities that drive revenue and stability.
- Represent yourself and the company with clarity and confidence over the phone, in emails, and sometimes in person.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals that satisfy the needs of all stakeholders involved.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the landscape of nonprofit technology and the specific needs of partner organizations.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for every interaction to ensure continuity and clarity across teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and coordinate webinars and presentations for large audiences.
- Monitor the performance of existing partnerships and identify areas for optimization and growth.

- You must major in a field such as Communications, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts disciplines.

- You must be available to work the night shift schedule from 8am to 5pm EST, aligning with our global operational needs.
- You must be located in the Philippines, where you can reliably support our clients without interruption.
