What you'll do
Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for outreach and engagement that support strategic priorities.
Segment and prioritize nonprofit and educational partners based on potential impact, giving behavior, and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics that inform sales, marketing, and program decisions with actionable intelligence.
Collaborate with data collection and entity resolution team members to verify and improve the accuracy of insights used for decision-making.
Refine analytical methods and processes on an ongoing basis to strengthen decision-making, improve clarity, and increase efficiency.
Identify high-value segments and target audiences to help direct outreach efforts and maximize the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
Support fundraising strategies by analyzing performance indicators and providing insights that improve outreach and conversion efforts.
Contribute to business development initiatives by evaluating market opportunities, trends, and partner potential within relevant sectors.
Work with CRM and data tools to extract, clean, and synthesize information that drives measurable improvements in program and sales outcomes.
Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that findings are accessible and actionable for decision-makers.
Monitor key performance metrics and generate periodic summaries that highlight progress, risks, and areas for optimization.
Assist in maintaining data quality standards by reviewing datasets for completeness, consistency, and relevance to business questions.
Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership and operational teams to address emerging priorities and strategic questions.
Document analytical approaches, data sources, and key findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of insights.
Act as a data liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to bridge gaps in understanding and drive alignment.
Requirements
You must bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally within SaaS environments that rely on data for decision-making.
You should demonstrate success in previous roles, supported by academic and career achievements that reflect consistent performance and growth.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across distributed teams and stakeholders.
You are required to be fully comfortable working in a remote, work-from-home setup with reliable self-direction and time management.
You must be available to work part-time, approximately 10 hours per week, with consistency and reliability being essential to your contribution.

Nice to have

Experience working with CRMs or data warehouses to manage, analyze, and report on structured information.
A background in data quality, normalization, and data governance best practices to support reliable insights.

This is a part-time, work-from-home role requiring approximately 10 hours per week.
You will be collaborating with team members in the United States and the Philippines in a globally distributed environment.
