This position serves as the primary coordinator for the entire webinar program, overseeing the end-to-end creation and execution of virtual events. The role requires someone who can manage both the strategic planning and the technical execution of these online productions.
Key facts
What you'll do
1) Own and manage the comprehensive webinar calendar for all Filevine initiatives and scheduled marketing campaigns.
2) Create and maintain detailed registration pages for thought leadership and public product demonstration events.
3) Manage internal communications for webinar registration and subsequent follow-up activities across the entire organization.
4) Manage the overall strategy and technical production of each webinar from the initial start to final finish.
5) Oversee partnership webinars, paid webinars, and CLE educational webinar events throughout the entire fiscal year.
6) Serve as an integral part of the marketing content process for the company on a daily basis.
7) Help ensure webinar content is carefully planned, precisely coordinated, and executed effectively for all target audiences.
8) Collaborate with marketing team members to create a centralized system of record for all digital assets.
9) Maintain the system so all employees can easily find the appropriate content they need for their work.
10) Handle the technical details of a webinar campaign from initial setup to final completion without any issues.
11) Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary materials and speaker information for each upcoming virtual session.
12) Ensure all webinar logistics are properly arranged and executed smoothly without any technical difficulties or delays.
Requirements
1) Demonstrated experience in end-to-end webinar creation and execution within a professional marketing or legal environment is required.
2) Ability to confidently dive into the technical details of a webinar campaign and resolve production issues quickly.
3) Proven capability to quarterback and manage complex marketing programs from inception to completion across multiple initiatives.
4) Strong organizational skills for managing multiple webinar calendars, registration processes, and follow-up sequences simultaneously without confusion.
5) Excellent communication skills for coordinating registration efforts, managing attendee expectations, and handling post-event follow-up tasks efficiently.
6) Experience managing the overall strategy and technical production of virtual events from the initial start to final finish.
7) Familiarity with maintaining a centralized system of record for marketing content, documents, and various digital assets.
8) Capacity to help plan, coordinate, and execute content effectively across various marketing channels and internal departments.
9) Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional marketing team members to achieve shared campaign goals and project milestones.
10) Understanding of how to integrate webinar content into the broader marketing strategy and company-wide communication plans.
Nice to have
1) Prior experience working within the legal technology or legal artificial intelligence sector is highly preferred for this role.
2) Familiarity with the Legal Operating Intelligence System and its underlying data structures and document workflows is helpful.
3) Background supporting initiatives recognized by major technology organizations like Deloitte and Inc. for innovation and growth is a plus.
4) Knowledge of continuing legal education standards and requirements for producing high-quality educational webinar content is beneficial.

2) Experience using digital registration platforms to manage attendee lists, event signups, and automated confirmation emails efficiently.
