Project Lead, Data Creators
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end workflow of data capture operations for Figure's first data unit in Mexico. This role focuses on designing and running the daily routines that generate the highest quality training data for humanoid robots. You will act as the operational anchor for the Data Creators team, ensuring every shift meets its coverage and quality targets. You will drive continuous improvement in how data is collected, sequenced, and validated on the floor. Your decisions will directly influence the reliability and speed of our data pipelines. You will partner closely with engineering to translate data requirements into executable capture plans. This position is critical to scaling Figure's data operations in Mexico City.

Support initiatives related to robotics, autonomous systems, motion capture, and physical AI data collection.
Stay current with hardware used for motion capture and wearable sensors used in data collection.
Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and data quality in a fast growing startup.
Participate in on call or flexible duties as required to sustain 24 by 7 operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, production, logistics, or shift supervision with a track record of leading daily execution.
