About the role
The Solutions Engineer, Advisory owns the technical and commercial narrative of Fieldguide's assurance and audit automation platform for enterprise buyers in financial markets and critical infrastructure. You architect and run high-stakes discovery sessions that translate complex regulatory and operational risk language into clear product value. You own the end-to-end technical validation that moves prospects from initial interest to committed adoption during Proof of Value phases. You translate dense workflow requirements into orchestrated demonstrations that show exactly how Fieldguide replaces manual, error-prone steps. You act as the primary technical voice of the product, shaping how executives, internal audit leaders, and risk officers perceive trust and compliance automation. You collaborate directly with deal teams to design content, playbooks, and training that de-risk the sales cycle for enterprise customers. - Contribute strategic input to enterprise sales initiatives, product discussions, and best practices that turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience, with a track record of persuading and influencing SaaS deals in regulated environments.
- Demonstrate 2+ years of direct experience in risk advisory or assurance services, showing familiarity with frameworks, controls, and audit methodologies.
- Comfortably lead product demonstrations for C-suite executives, maintaining poise, clarity, and confidence under scrutiny.
- Thrive on ambitious goals with intrinsic motivation, showing resilience and focus when targets stretch and complexity increases.
