You will architect pathways that enable teams to deliver impactful AI-native solutions efficiently, securely, and at scale. What you'll do

Conduct deep discovery sessions to clarify client objectives and map them to the most suitable models and capabilities within the fal.ai ecosystem.

Design reference architectures that bridge existing client infrastructure with cloud capabilities, ensuring deployments meet stringent security and scalability requirements.

Guide complex deals through procurement and validation cycles, unblocking opportunities by providing technical clarity and proof-of-concept workflows.

Prepare executive-level briefings that explain tradeoffs in infrastructure, performance, and cost to support informed leadership decisions.

Champion the adoption of fal.ai among local AI providers in the Chinese market, aligning integration strategies with regional deployment patterns and technical standards.

Act as the primary technical liaison for key partnerships in Greater China, facilitating communication and technical alignment.

Create reusable assets such as diagrams, integration guides, and technical documentation to accelerate client onboarding and strengthen partner enablement.

Represent the company at industry conferences, partner forums, and developer events to elevate visibility and thought leadership.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development teams to refine go-to-market strategies and prioritize roadmap improvements.

Maintain deep knowledge of inference platforms, observability practices, and emerging model architectures to inform effective solution design.

Perform technical validation and optimization of workflows to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency targets.

Advise clients on best practices for securing generative media pipelines and managing access controls across distributed teams.

Support the development of technical proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value and feasibility of proposed architectures.

Translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

You must hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and bring 10 years of progressive experience in customer-facing or partner-facing roles.

Your background should include full management of the sales cycle, from initial discovery through production deployment and post-launch support.

You must have extensive experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting infrastructure on major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as private datacenter environments.

Expertise in containerization, microservices architectures, and API design at scale is required.

You should have a strong track record of delivering post-sales technical solutions across diverse industries, architecting secure and scalable systems for enterprise contexts.

This includes 8 years of experience delivering technical presentations and sales engagements focused on AI inference engines, infrastructure performance optimization, and algorithm processing speed.

Demonstrated experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems across multi-cloud or hybrid environments is necessary.

You must also have deep experience within the Chinese technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent, Baidu, and ByteDance.

Practical notes

Domestic and international travel is required for engagements and partner meetings, accounting for up to 25-35 percent of time.
