This position establishes the data and process foundation for go-to-market strategy. You link sales, marketing, and finance teams through dependable systems and analysis. The role drives scalable infrastructure across the revenue lifecycle. You own the definition, design, and execution of core revenue systems and processes. This includes ensuring integrity and usability of data within the CRM and related platforms. You will architect the workflows that align forecasting, reporting, and planning activities. The position requires a partnership with stakeholders to translate business needs into operational solutions. You are responsible for maintaining the documentation and governance standards that support these systems.

You document procedures and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices for system usage.
You lead initiatives to improve the accuracy and timeliness of data across marketing, sales, and finance functions.
You support the testing and validation of new features or integrations before they go live in production environments.
You manage ad hoc projects that require deep analysis and clear communication of findings to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience of four or more years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, investment banking, or a related field anchors the role in real-world practice.
High-growth SaaS or AI experience is highly desirable for understanding fast-moving environments and evolving targets.
Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel or Sheets proficiency supports accurate modeling and insight generation.
SQL experience is a strong plus for querying data and enabling deeper analysis across systems.
Hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce as the preferred platform ensures familiarity with core revenue systems.
Familiarity with GTM or BI tools such as Metabase or Looker enables data visualization and dashboard creation.
Clear communication and presentation skills distill complex data into concise, executive-ready insights.
