They will champion SambaNova's full-stack, generative AI platform, highlighting how it unlocks hidden value and accelerates transformation for enterprise and government organizations. What you'll do
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-value segments within the assigned South East Asia territory.
Develop and own a strategic account plan for key national and enterprise customers, aligning SambaNova capabilities with specific business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
Leverage consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position the SN40L chip and SambaNova Suite as the optimal infrastructure for sovereign AI deployments.
Generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through targeted prospecting, event engagement, and strategic partnership development.
Collaborate with pre-sales engineering teams to design and deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and detailed solution architectures for complex deals.
Articulate the value proposition of SambaNova's dataflow architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing speed, energy efficiency, and ease of deployment.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influential partners across the region.
Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery through contract negotiation and successful implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting, report on key metrics, and ensure disciplined pipeline management for predictable revenue outcomes.
Represent SambaNova at industry conferences, customer events, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership in South East Asia.
Work closely with marketing teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the development of localized content, battle cards, and competitive intelligence.
Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and security protocols while managing confidential customer and company information.
Act as a subject matter expert within the internal sales operations, sharing best practices and success stories to uplift the overall regional team performance.
Drive the adoption of SambaNova solutions by demonstrating a clear "zero-to-AI" timeline and total cost of ownership benefits for air-cooled, energy-efficient infrastructure.
Ensure all commercial activities and contractual agreements align with regional regulations and the specific requirements of sovereign AI initiatives.
Requirements
~10+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience in enterprise technology, with a strong background in complex deal execution.
Proven track record of success in consultative sales within the GenAI, Cloud, or High-Performance Computing sectors, demonstrating fluency in technical sales environments.
Demonstrated ability to close complex multi-million dollar deals that deliver long-term strategic value and foster enduring customer relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to articulate intricate technical concepts and value propositions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Deep understanding of the South East Asian market landscape, including key economic drivers, industry trends, and the regional regulatory environment impacting data and AI adoption.
Experience selling hardware and infrastructure solutions into enterprise and government organizations, with knowledge of procurement processes and decision-making hierarchies.
A results-driven mindset with the discipline to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accuracy in forecasting and pipeline management.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams such as engineering, product, and operations to coordinate seamless customer experiences.
Willingness to travel within the assigned South East Asia territory to meet with customers, partners, and stakeholders as business needs require.
