Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical building services engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, and fire protection engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling tools.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
