What you'll do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop tailored instructional materials that meet the specific requirements of diverse audiences.
- Design and implement interactive e-learning modules, utilizing various multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of existing training programs and provide recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to introduce new learning technologies and methodologies to staff and clients.
- Develop assessment tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies to inform your work and drive innovation within the organization.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including design plans, storyboards, and user guides, to support the development and implementation of learning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, addressing questions and challenges as they navigate through training programs.

- Participate in the development of a learning culture within the organization, promoting lifelong learning and professional development among employees.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to the overall growth of the learning and development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with data analysis to assess learning effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in developing blended learning solutions that combine online and face-to-face training.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the e-learning industry, such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR).
- Certification in instructional design or related fields (e.g., ATD, ISPI).
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a learning and development context.
