This involves building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system designed to fundamentally transform the design, economics, manufacturing, and service delivery of traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.

E-Space is constructing a next-generation LEO satellite constellation along with the entire supply chain required to support it.

This position is for the Program Supply Chain Manager, a critical role responsible for owning the complete end-to-end supply chain and procurement execution. You will manage everything from subcontract formation and piece part purchasing through to delivery performance and cost control. This role provides direct program support across active spacecraft and terminal development efforts. It is a hands-on, early-career position with no hand-offs; you will own this product line entirely.

You will work directly with Engineering and Supply Chain teams on the floor and within the operational system. This is not a desk job. If you intend to build something and own the results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage procurement and delivery for LEO satellite systems, handling raw material sourcing through final product dispatch. Ownership of the full supply chain function is required without delegation to other teams.

Your core duties include driving the intake of component orders and verifying supplier capacity against established timelines. You will form agreements with electronics vendors while confirming material specifications and compliance requirements. Coordination of build activities will ensure purchased parts align with assembly schedules and test milestones.

You will review delivery status and resolve bottlenecks that threaten launch dates or contract penalties. Shipping of finished hardware to ground stations will be managed alongside monitoring logistics documentation for accuracy. Partnering with engineering teams will validate designs and streamline the bill of materials to meet cost targets.

Guarding quality will be achieved by tracking incoming inspections and enforcing corrective actions for nonconformances. You will provide updates to program leadership with risk summaries and recommend adjustments to maintain stable flows.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold three to five years of experience managing supply chain activities in technical environments. Proven ability to coordinate purchase orders and logistics for hardware development programs is essential. A solid understanding of material planning and delivery performance metrics within manufacturing contexts is required.

You must demonstrate the capability to manage costs and schedules while actively supporting spacecraft and terminal development initiatives.

Compensation and Location

This role is based in Arlington, Texas, and is offered as full-time employment. The compensation range is one hundred thirty thousand USD to one hundred sixty thousand USD.

What you'll do

• Execute the end-to-end supply chain operations for LEO satellite systems and terminal development programs without reliance on external management layers.

• Form binding agreements with electronics vendors and confirm that all material specifications meet rigorous compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate build schedules to ensure purchased parts align precisely with assembly timelines and test milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Review delivery performance metrics and actively resolve bottlenecks that threaten critical launch dates or invoke contractual penalties.
• Manage the shipping of finished hardware to global ground stations while monitoring the accuracy and completeness of all logistics documentation.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to validate designs and streamline the bill of materials to achieve aggressive cost targets without compromising functionality.
• Guard product quality by tracking incoming inspections and enforcing corrective actions for any nonconformances identified during audits or inspections.
• Provide concise risk summaries to program leadership and recommend actionable adjustments to maintain stable material and production flows.
• Own the supply chain product line entirely, acting as the central point of accountability for procurement, delivery, and cost control.
• Work hands-on alongside floor-based Engineering and Supply Chain teams, engaging directly with operational systems and physical inventory.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships that ensure reliability, transparency, and alignment with the aggressive pace of a growing space operations environment.

Requirements

• Hold three to five years of professional experience managing supply chain activities within technical or hardware development environments.
• Demonstrate proven ability to coordinate purchase orders and logistics for complex hardware development programs from intake to delivery.
• Possess a solid understanding of material planning methodologies and delivery performance metrics specific to manufacturing operations.
• Show capability to manage costs and schedules while providing active support to spacecraft and terminal development initiatives.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail when verifying compliance requirements and material specifications with vendor agreements.
• Maintain the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting where launch schedules and contract obligations are critical.
• Apply disciplined problem-solving skills to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and ensure continuity of production flows.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and program leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with low Earth orbit satellite supply chains or space-based communications hardware.
• Familiarity with IoT hardware ecosystems and global ground station logistics.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for space-qualified components and materials.
