Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in testing and validation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing testing strategies for complex products, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, with a solid background in both manual and automated testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
