What you'll do
- Take charge of various projects by actively seeking out opportunities for improvement and tracking essential business metrics to address potential issues proactively.
- Employ data analysis tools such as SQL and business intelligence platforms to identify problems and apply strategic thinking to develop actionable solutions.
- Clearly communicate your findings to garner support for initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and stimulate business growth.
- Oversee projects from their inception through to full execution, ensuring comprehensive follow-through and accountability for the outcomes achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with broader business objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics, or business operations, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to independently recognize business challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in data-driven environments, with proficiency in data exploration, particularly using SQL and BI tools.
- A proactive mindset that treats the profit and loss statement as if it were your own business.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial services industry or fintech sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Practical notes
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; however, Enova is currently unable to provide visa sponsorship or assume sponsorship responsibilities.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year. The final compensation will be based on your qualifications, skills, and experience, and may differ from this range. Additional compensation may include a performance-based bonus. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which is detailed further on the Enova website.
