What you'll do

• Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market research.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision and strategic direction for product development.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to inform product strategy.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate concepts, and refine product features.
• Utilize data analytics to assess product performance and make informed decisions regarding enhancements and new features.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support for product initiatives.
• Create comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into product strategy.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and best practices in product design.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional value.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS industry or working with customer engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques for measuring product success.
• Knowledge of API integrations and software development processes.
• Previous experience in a leadership role or managing a team of product managers.
• Understanding of market research methodologies and techniques for gathering customer insights.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management software and tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with customer feedback platforms and survey tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts is a plus but not required.
