Senior Commercial Associate
Job description
Senior Commercial Associate at Endurance Energy.
About the role
You will own the commercial strategy and execution for Endurance's subsea geothermal expansion across the Pacific, translating complex modular technology into binding contracts and committed capital with utilities and hyperscalers. You will operate at the intersection of high-stakes negotiations and long-term pipeline architecture, driving deals forward when ambiguity and risk are high. In this role, you will be the primary commercial voice in rooms with sovereign energy ministers, defense program officers, and C-suite infrastructure leaders. You will translate Endurance's modular subsea vision into structured offtake agreements, strategic partnerships, and bankable project frameworks. You will be accountable for hiring and leading a high-performing commercial organization as the company scales from pilot to multi-gigawatt portfolio. You will work hand-in-glove with policy and government affairs to align commercial objectives with regulatory and defense pathways. You will act as the operational backbone for commercial discipline, ensuring every deal meets rigorous bankability and risk standards.
