What you'll do
Greet arriving members and direct traffic with polished warmth.
Process membership check ins swiftly inside our management system.
Monitor inventory for coolers, bar items, and replenish essentials.
Handle payments for classes, memberships, and retail purchases.
Walk the facility to tidy spaces, empty trash, and inspect restrooms.
Address member questions and resolve concerns with calm clarity.
Coordinate alerts and notifications to keep guests informed overnight.
Support closing routines that prepare the gym for morning operations.
Conduct detailed audits of the facility to ensure compliance and order.
Utilize technology to log incidents and track service metrics accurately.
Maintain visual standards for equipment, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
Promote community engagement by sharing upcoming events and offerings.
Execute loss prevention protocols with discretion and professionalism.
Document all maintenance needs and communicate them to the appropriate team.
Serve as a resource for daytime staff regarding overnight operational insights.
Requirements
Hold current CPR within 30 days after starting this position.
Attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of hire.
Work nights between 10pm and 6am with flexibility for business needs.
Move safely around the gym floor and lift over 40 pounds routinely.
Access computers to create documents, enter data, and review reports.

Pass a background check and drug screening as required by company policy.
Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with brand standards at all times.
Be able to stand or walk for extended shifts throughout the overnight period.

While these responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, our Overnight Associate's remains flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of our gym, with duties subject to change under the discretion of management.
About the company
EōS Fitness is an anchor store at Plaza West Covina, a large regional shopping mall in West Covina, California. The mall is owned by Starwood Capital Group. It is now managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The site was previously acquired by Westfield America, Inc. in 1998. At that time, the center was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. The shopping center dropped the Shoppingtown name in June 2005. In October 2013, Westfield Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group. During that 2013 transaction, Westfield retained a 10% equity stake in the property. The mall layout reflects this mix of established anchors and former tenants.
