Pilates Reformer Instructor
This role leads Reformer classes from greeting to exit, driving safety, clear guidance, and welcoming energy for every fitness level. You will build community while helping members track visible progress through consistent effort and measurable outcomes.
Location and Compensation
This position is based in Tempe, Arizona, at the studio near Warner Road and Interstate
10. The compensation rate is thirty-five dollars per hour.
Key Responsibilities
You will set the pace for dynamic Reformer classes that keep members moving safely and confidently. Each session will demonstrate precise alignment and breath control so form remains strong across all experience levels. You will adapt movements on the fly, delivering clear modifications that allow every body to progress safely. You will create studio moments that spark consistency, celebrate effort, and reinforce community ties among participants.
You will watch the room like a hawk to protect safety while maintaining high energy and simple cues. You will educate members on Pilates concepts so they understand how each movement supports their goals. You will champion upcoming sessions and EōS services to help the studio grow and sustain connection. You will leave the studio prepared, ensuring equipment stays tidy, reports are accurate, and the next class flows without delay. You will share feedback that sharpens classes, improves member wins, and supports team collaboration. You will review your own teaching to keep improving technique, music choice, and member outcomes.
Accountabilities
You will own your class impact and show up fully prepared every shift. You will arrive early, start on time, and finish classes as scheduled without delay. You will keep your eyes active, adjust plans quickly, and protect members from risk at all times. You will maintain a clean, organized, and visually tidy studio for every session. You will hold current certifications and pursue learning that keeps your skills aligned with industry standards.

You create a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all participants. You demonstrate excellent verbal cueing and coaching abilities with strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, biomechanics, and movement quality. You can confidently modify and progress exercises for diverse fitness levels. You build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships with members. You communicate professionally with members and teammates using a hospitality-first mindset. You are dependable, organized, energetic, and self-motivated. You work collaboratively as part of a team to advance studio goals.

EōS Fitness is an anchor store at Plaza West Covina, a large regional shopping mall in West Covina, California. The mall is owned by Starwood Capital Group. It is now managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The site was previously acquired by Westfield America, Inc. in 1998. At that time, the center was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. The shopping center dropped the Shoppingtown name in June 2005. In October 2013, Westfield Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group. During that 2013 transaction, Westfield retained a 10% equity stake in the property. The mall's anchor stores include Macy's, JCPenney, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, and EōS Fitness.
