What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple service projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
- Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello) and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
