What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related role, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in program management.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
