What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress effectively.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns regarding program execution.
• Monitor program performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel and technology, to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on program status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related role, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in program management.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
