USA. USA About the role You will oversee daily operations at a DashMart fulfillment center, a company-owned facility that delivers household goods and essentials directly to customers. The position involves managing a 5,000 to 15,000 square foot warehouse, leading the on-site team, and maintaining high service standards. Some locations also include light food preparation duties. Team: DashMart What you'll do
Hire, train, and develop a team of 3 or more Shift Leads and 6 or more Operations Associates while fostering a safe, productive workplace and strong employee satisfaction
Run all daily warehouse operations, including scheduling, labor budget management, and hitting site-level performance targets
Ensure every order meets quality benchmarks for accuracy and speed by collaborating with inventory and training teams
Analyze operational data to spot inefficiencies, then design and implement process improvements across the warehouse Requirements - 3 or more years leading teams in high-volume environments such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations
Track record managing high-performing groups of 10 or more employees
Willingness to support a 24/7 operation, including late-night and weekend shifts when needed
Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous startup-style settings
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
College degree or equivalent professional experience Nice to have
First-principles approach to problem solving rather than relying on established routines Skills & tools
Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
Workforce scheduling and labor budgeting
Process improvement and operational analysis Practical notes
National base salary range: $64,800 to $95,300 USD, adjusted by work location
Equity grant opportunities included in compensation
