In this position, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare facilities, including medical practices and hospitals, with the deployment of our innovative digital health solutions. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the technical aspects of onboarding, which encompasses software integration, the implementation of AI-driven phone assistants, and the management of appointment scheduling tools. What you'll do

• Facilitate the migration of patient and appointment data from outdated systems to our platform, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition for clients.
• Maintain ongoing technical communication with clients through phone calls and emails, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
• Act as the go-to technical resource for both Sales and Deployment teams, offering insights on system configurations and API integrations to enhance client satisfaction.
• Integrate our software with existing practice management systems to streamline operations for healthcare providers.
• Participate in the development of training materials and contribute to process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Engage in innovation projects aimed at enhancing our digital health solutions and improving user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
• Provide feedback on client experiences to help refine our onboarding processes and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of SQL or Regular Expressions to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and professional English, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse clients.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including knowledge of APIs, networks, and VPNs, is essential for this role.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to users who may not have a technical background.
• Keen attention to detail and a genuine interest in the field of digital health technology.
• Previous experience in a technical support or onboarding role is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, which can enhance your ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions.
• Experience working with SQL databases, which will aid in data management and analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) or patient management systems, providing context for the software you will be integrating.
• Background in Software as a Service (SaaS) tools or experience integrating AI solutions into workflows, which can be beneficial in understanding our product offerings.
