QA/DevOps Engineer
Job description
About the role
Discord is seeking a QA/DevOps Engineer to join the Business Systems team, where you will own the strategy and execution of automated testing for critical financial systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce environments through the development and maintenance of Tosca-based test automation. You will work closely with technical and DevOps partners to embed testing into CI/CD workflows, enabling fast and secure software delivery. A key part of this position involves automating specific business processes, such as FAH, to support new sales items and ensure the integrity of invoicing and payment runs. Ultimately, you will document and communicate the results of your testing, providing clear insight into defect trends, coverage, and overall release readiness to stakeholders.
