Disco is seeking a Legal Value Architect to join their growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role sits at the intersection of legal technology and business strategy, focusing on designing and implementing approaches that connect Disco platform capabilities to measurable outcomes for clients. The Legal Value Architect serves as a critical bridge between Disco's product features and the practical, day-to-day needs of legal departments and law firms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure that the value Disco delivers is clearly understood, rigorously quantified, and effectively communicated to stakeholders at every level. In this position, you will shape how Disco demonstrates its worth to the legal community and help drive adoption of technology solutions that transform legal work.

What you'll do
- Design frameworks that map Disco platform features to client business objectives and legal workflows
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer pain points into actionable feature requirements
- Develop presentations and materials that demonstrate the measurable impact of Disco on legal operations
- Conduct workshops with legal professionals to identify opportunities for technology-driven process improvement
- Create value models and ROI analyses that help clients understand the benefits of adopting Disco
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to craft tailored demonstrations for prospective clients
- Analyze legal department data to identify inefficiencies and propose Disco-powered solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal industry trends and how technology addresses evolving challenges
- Document case studies and success stories that illustrate the tangible value Disco provides to organizations
- Coordinate with engineering teams to communicate user feedback and prioritize product enhancements
- Lead internal training sessions to educate colleagues on how Disco creates value for clients
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand long-term strategic goals and align Disco capabilities accordingly
- Evaluate existing client engagement processes and recommend improvements that leverage Disco technology for better outcomes
- Support the development of new Disco features by providing market insights and client-driven input to the product team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is required
- Minimum of five years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases and value propositions
- Familiarity with legal industry workflows including e-discovery, contract management, and document review
- Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear persuasive materials
- Comfort with cross-functional collaboration across product engineering sales and customer-facing teams
- Proven track record of delivering training or enablement programs to legal professionals
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with team goals and deadlines
- Experience with legal procurement or vendor evaluation processes is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with legal industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to technology adoption
