Evaluate accommodation options against strict criteria for location, amenities, safety, and value using proprietary supplier databases.
Construct detailed day-by-day schedules that balance activity, rest, and spontaneous discovery while respecting energy levels and budgets.
Verify flight availability, routing rules, and baggage policies to assemble air itineraries that minimize stress and maximize convenience.
Secure reservations for tours, transfers, dining experiences, and special requests, confirming all details with multiple vendors.
Generate polished, easy-to-share itineraries using digital formatting tools, complete with maps, contact information, and emergency protocols.
Monitor booking deadlines, deposit schedules, and cancellation windows to ensure clients meet critical financial and administrative milestones.
Perform pre-departure compliance checks, including passport validity, visa requirements, and health advisories relevant to the destination.
Document every client interaction in the central tracking system to maintain continuity and enable seamless team collaboration.
Adapt existing travel products into new configurations, creating scalable templates for common travel styles and demographics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supplier issues, negotiate enhancements, and secure exclusive client benefits.
Track industry shifts in health protocols, travel restrictions, and sustainability practices to advise clients with current, responsible guidance.

Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a personal computer with reliable high-speed internet access.
You must reside in or be authorized to work remotely from the state of Washington, ensuring consistent availability during business hours.
You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, conveying professionalism and clarity in all client interactions.
You must exhibit exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without overlooking critical requirements.
You must show proven capability in using online booking systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms efficiently and accurately.
