- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local planners, photographers, and florists to ensure synchronization on setup, photography schedules, and celebration elements.
- Develop intake questionnaires that effectively uncover essential details such as budget ranges, total guest counts, and distinct style preferences.
- Produce initial itinerary drafts that carefully balance rehearsal events, ceremony timing, and honeymoon activities within defined travel windows and constraints.
- Refine booking confirmations and payment schedules to ensure couples clearly understand all deadlines, deposit requirements, and change policies.
- Track and update all client preferences, decisions, and action items within internal systems to maintain accuracy and continuity.
