Role Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

Candidates must possess a minimum of eight years of hands-on Workday migration experience. This experience should involve loading complex enterprise datasets. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required. Acceptable fields include Data Science, Computer Science, and Statistics.

Technical proficiency is essential for success in this role. You must have extensive experience loading data using Customer Central and EIB. You will manage the full lifecycle from extraction through reconciliation. Advanced SQL skills are necessary for this position. You will write complex queries for extraction, cleansing, and validation. Transformation logic will also be developed using SQL.

You will create conversion mapping documents and data templates. These must align with demanding project specifications. Participation in requirement gathering sessions is mandatory. You will contribute to project planning and estimation. Escalation management during engagements is also expected.
