What you'll do
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
