What you'll do

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
