What you'll do
- Design, implement, and optimize compiler algorithms to improve code generation and execution efficiency for our software products.
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand application requirements and translate them into effective compiler strategies.
- Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking of compiled code to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for compiler architecture, design decisions, and implementation processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compiler development or related software engineering roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python, with a strong understanding of compiler theory and design principles.
- Experience with LLVM or similar compiler frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with optimization techniques and performance analysis tools for compiled code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within scope.
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
