What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize compiler algorithms to improve code generation and execution efficiency for our software products.
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand application requirements and translate them into effective compiler strategies.
• Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking of compiled code to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for compiler architecture, design decisions, and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compiler development or related software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python, with a strong understanding of compiler theory and design principles.
• Experience with LLVM or similar compiler frameworks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with optimization techniques and performance analysis tools for compiled code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within scope.
• Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
