What you'll do

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage user roles and authorizations within the SAP system, ensuring that access is granted based on the principle of least privilege.
Conduct regular audits of SAP roles and authorizations to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address security vulnerabilities within the SAP landscape.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding SAP security best practices and compliance requirements.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to resolve issues promptly.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for compliance audits, including evidence of security controls and risk assessments.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SAP security and GRC, integrating new knowledge into existing practices.
Participate in training sessions to educate users on security awareness and the importance of compliance within the SAP environment.
Work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure that all security measures meet required standards.
Develop and maintain security metrics to track compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools within the organization.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP security, roles, and authorizations management.
Strong understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks, with experience in implementing compliance measures.
Proficiency in SAP security tools and methodologies, including role design and authorization concepts.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and other relevant compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective controls.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security features and best practices.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Familiarity with identity management solutions and their integration with SAP systems.
Experience in conducting security training sessions and workshops for end-users.
