About the role
This position is centered on the expansion and deepening of Cresta's global partner ecosystem by acting as a strategic bridge between the company and its network of collaborators. The hire will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-trust relationships with key partners, ensuring they fully leverage Cresta's platform to drive measurable value for their own customers. You will translate the technical strengths of Cresta into clear, business-focused narratives that resonate with partner stakeholders at scale. Success in this role will directly correlate with the acceleration of partner-led revenue and the overall maturity of Cresta's go-to-market approach through third-party channels. You will operate with autonomy, serving as a trusted advisor who anticipates partner needs and aligns them with product capabilities. This role demands a blend of technical fluency, business acumen, and consultative selling to influence complex buying decisions. You will be a primary driver of partner enablement, ensuring that every interaction reinforces Cresta's position as a leader in AI-driven customer experience.

Total compensation range: $220,000 - $250,000 (OTE), plus equity.

What you'll do
Serve as a primary technical advisor for strategic partners, interpreting Cresta's platform capabilities into concrete business benefits and return on investment.
Design, deliver, and optimize solution presentations and enablement assets that help partners sell Cresta effectively into their enterprise customer base.
Develop executive-level narratives that simplify intricate technical concepts into compelling stories aligned with partner business goals.
Architect scalable go-to-market frameworks, training modules, and solution blueprints that empower partners to generate incremental revenue.
Lead high-level solution architecture discussions and act as the central resource for resolving sophisticated partner inquiries and product feedback.
Provide specialized guidance to Cresta's direct sales team on specific partner opportunities, ensuring alignment between commercial offers and technical feasibility.
Establish and nurture relationships with high-value partners such as system integrators, business process outsourcers, and technology platform providers.
Guide partners in articulating Cresta's value proposition, feature set, and technical positioning for both existing and upcoming product releases.
Contribute to the creation and standardization of partner frameworks, playbooks, and educational content that enhance the consistency of partner engagements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Enablement, Product, and Solution Engineering to execute joint initiatives that expand partner impact.
Continuously evaluate the partner program to identify gaps and propose enhancements that improve partner satisfaction and performance.
Drive the adoption of Cresta's solutions by supporting partners through complex proof-of-concept and implementation scenarios.
Act as a subject matter expert in contact center technologies, AI applications, and SaaS models to maintain credibility with technical audiences.
Ensure all partner-facing materials and communications reflect accurate, up-to-date information regarding Cresta's offerings and roadmap direction.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in client-facing roles, with at least 5 years dedicated to technical pre-sales within fast-growing SaaS or AI organizations.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the contact center domain to demonstrate contextual understanding of customer engagement challenges.
- Have a documented history of working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators (SIs), and Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs) in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Show a proven ability to rapidly master complex products and communicate effectively with both technical practitioners and senior executive leadership.
- Demonstrate skill in converting ambiguous business requirements into clear, technically viable solutions that partners can implement.
- Have a track record of successful collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to explain sophisticated technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Exhibit strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Be comfortable working in a fully remote environment while maintaining a high level of engagement and responsiveness.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
- Be available for regular collaboration during standard U.S. business hours to align with internal teams and partner needs.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in solution engineering or technical account management within enterprise technology.
Experience in developing partner training programs or certification initiatives is highly regarded.
Familiarity with contact center quality assurance tools, workforce optimization platforms, and AI-driven customer service solutions is advantageous.
Background in consultative selling or advisory roles for enterprise technology partners is a plus.
Experience with CRM and partner relationship management platforms used for tracking engagement and outcomes.

Total compensation includes a base salary, target bonus, and equity, with final figures influenced by location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
