• data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed decisions that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters, providing insights and recommendations that drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Chief People Officer or similar position, with a track record of success in developing and executing HR strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UK.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development principles.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact.
• A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector, particularly in cloud communications.
• A relevant HR qualification, such as CIPD or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HR technology and systems, including HRIS and talent management platforms.
• Previous experience in international HR management, with an understanding of global employment practices.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and HR analytics platforms.
