Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Chief People Officer or similar position, with a track record of success in developing and executing HR strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UK.
- Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development principles.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
