What you'll do
- Lead the engineering support team for the Boeing 787, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during flight and maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures specific to the B787, optimizing aircraft performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough analyses of aircraft systems and components to identify potential improvements and enhancements.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft engineering support, with a strong focus on the Boeing 787 or similar aircraft.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and maintenance practices.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex aircraft systems and components.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software relevant to aircraft maintenance and support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
