Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation operations or engineering, with a focus on flight operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in analyzing flight data and performance metrics, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
