AI Enablement Manager

About the role

You will lead and design Collibra's AI enablement approach and programs to build AI maturity and accelerate the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working across the organization. You will partner with leaders across the business to understand workflows and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities that drive meaningful impact. You will help teams evaluate opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and responsible AI practices to ensure safe and effective deployment. You will build and lead an impactful AI Mentor network that drives adoption and surfaces learning needs across functions while coaching leaders, teams, and employees to integrate AI into their daily workflows. You will design and deliver engaging workshops, enablement experiences, and practical guidance tailored to different audiences and skill levels. You will measure AI maturity and sustainable adoption, gathering business feedback to evaluate and continuously improve the enablement approach. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to translate enterprise initiatives into relevant experiences for technical audiences.

What you'll do

Lead and design Collibra's AI enablement approach and programs to build AI maturity and accelerate the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working across the business.

Partner with leaders across the business to understand workflows and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities that align with strategic priorities.

Help teams evaluate opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and responsible AI practices to ensure solutions are practical and sustainable.

Build and lead an impactful AI Mentor network that drives adoption, shares best practices, and surfaces learning needs across functions and teams.

Coach leaders, teams, and employees to identify AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and integrate AI into how work gets done on a daily basis.

Develop and deliver engaging workshops, enablement experiences, self-paced learning, and practical guidance tailored to different audiences and skill levels.

Create scalable resources and tools that help employees discover, reuse, and build on AI use cases, best practices, and learning across the business.

Measure AI maturity and sustainable adoption, and gather business feedback to evaluate results and continuously improve the enablement approach.

Continuously evolve enablement approaches by leveraging AI, emerging technologies, and learning best practices to keep the program current and effective.

Own and deliver the Product and Engineering onboarding program to ensure new hires understand AI tools and workflows from day one.

Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to identify learning and enablement priorities, including opportunities to support AI adoption in technical contexts.

Translate enterprise learning initiatives into relevant, accessible experiences for technical audiences within Product and Engineering.

Support Product and Engineering as ways of working and organizational priorities continue to evolve in response to AI advancements.

Demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to coordinate initiatives and track impact.

Act as a collaborative partner, building strong relationships across the business to drive alignment and shared ownership of AI adoption.

Requirements

Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions, including agents and automated workflows, to solve business problems and improve how work gets done.

Experience assessing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve them through AI and automation in a responsible and scalable manner.

Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.

Experience coaching others to confidently adopt AI and new ways of working through structured guidance and practice.

Experience facilitating engaging workshops and leading enablement sessions that drive participation and learning.

Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to navigate complex initiatives and measure outcomes.

Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with a demonstrated interest in how these tools reshape how work is done.

Naturally curious and eager to experiment with new tools, techniques, and ways of working to uncover better approaches.

An engaging facilitator, coach, and communicator who can build trust and motivate diverse teams.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating high-level ideas into practical, actionable solutions.

Collaborative by nature, skilled at building partnerships across the business, and committed to shared success.

Able to operate effectively in a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work from the Brussels office at least two days each week.
