What you'll do

• Assist in the development of visual content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching graphics that enhance promotional materials and advertisements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for design projects and campaigns.
• Support the design team in producing high-quality print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and branding guidelines.
• Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to design files and resources.
• Conduct research on design trends and competitor branding to inform and inspire your work.
• Assist in preparing presentations and mock-ups for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Receive constructive feedback from senior designers and apply it to improve your design skills and output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
• Contribute to the overall team culture by sharing ideas and supporting your colleagues in their design endeavors.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including workshops and online courses, to enhance your graphic design knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including academic projects or personal initiatives.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and design.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
• Previous internship or freelance experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
