This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney, offering a competitive annual compensation package. The selected candidate will join our Architecture team as a key contributor to our enterprise technology strategy.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design integrity of technology solutions within your assigned platform verticals. You will act as a critical bridge between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring that proposed architectures are coherent, scalable, and aligned with our standards. Your work will directly influence how we deliver complex digital experiences to our clients and their customers.
You will translate high-level business and product requirements into detailed technical pathways, always operating within our established governance framework. Your responsibility is to ensure that every solution you design supports our enterprise technology strategy, security policies, and target platform model. You will work closely with engineering and delivery teams from the initial concept through to final implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Own the architectural design for solution components across your vertical, ensuring consistency and compliance with enterprise standards.
Translate business and product needs into clear technical specifications that guide development teams.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery partners to ensure all solutions meet defined standards for integration and performance.
Provide technical leadership for deployments involving digital hardware and content management systems in global environments.
Verify that all proposed architectures adhere to security requirements and our enterprise platform model.
Actively contribute to discussions within the Architecture Review Board, offering strategic oversight for solution components.
Review solution designs prior to integration to confirm they function correctly within live customer settings.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance on the delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
Essential Criteria
Bring a minimum of six years of experience in architecture or solution design roles within technology-focused environments.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of large-scale hardware deployment, particularly in high-volume operational settings.
Show proven knowledge of digital signage platforms and content management system architecture.
Have hands-on experience implementing solutions in global quick-service restaurant or similar high-traffic environments.
Ability to navigate complex governance structures while ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
Strong grasp of technology security principles and how they apply to customer-facing systems.
