We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, Signage to remotely direct the end-to-end delivery of complex signage, shopfitting, and retail fit-out projects. You will manage installation teams across distances, taking full ownership of each build from initial planning through final handover. Your responsibility will be to coordinate install crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to exact specifications. This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 to 18 months.
About the Position
In this role, you will manage global signage rollouts, providing guidance from the first intake stage through construction, review, final delivery, and ongoing partnership. Your ownership will be the foundation for crew success as you balance creative vision with rigorous operational discipline to complete intricate retail fit-outs. You will translate client requirements into actionable plans, ensuring all signage projects use our hardware and content management system capabilities fully. Your efforts will directly influence customer touchpoints for major brands, particularly in digital ordering environments such as drive-thrus and in-store settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting intake sessions to clarify project scope and define stakeholder expectations for signage initiatives.
Developing comprehensive build schedules that synchronize install crews, subcontractors, and suppliers across various global markets.
Establishing structured review checkpoints to confirm adherence to specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Coordinating final ship and delivery processes to ensure signage installations meet deadlines and uphold brand identity guidelines.
Maintaining transparent communication with partners to align on current needs and long-term experience objectives.
Planning resource allocation for shopfitting projects while proactively managing risks and interdependencies.
Monitoring project health through key metrics and adjusting timelines and workflows to guarantee on-time delivery.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and distributing best practices across all offices.
Qualifications
Possessing 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects within retail or technology sectors.
Having a proven track record directing multi-site deployments, similar in scale to our major hardware rollout in Quick Service Restaurant history.
Demonstrating the ability to lead remote teams by providing clear instructions to distributed install crews and subcontractors.
Showing expert fluency with digital signage solutions and content management systems to guide technical decision-making.
Exhibiting strong attention to detail to ensure every shopfitting project follows precise specifications and deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Having worked with global brands and agencies in markets such as McDonald's is highly valued.
