- Author comprehensive documentation that enables both technical and non-technical teams to fully understand intricate system functions and processes.
- Partner closely with implementation teams to assist with rollout procedures, ensuring stable digital services are delivered on schedule.
- Verify that every launched feature successfully meets its initial business objectives and fulfills the specific needs of end users.

- Leverage expertise in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and HTML to build and maintain efficient digital ecosystems.

Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience analyzing business systems within relevant professional roles.
You must possess demonstrable, hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM platforms and complex operational data architectures.
You must be able to document requirements, test cases, and testing outcomes with exceptional clarity and precision.
You must perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift frequently and deadlines are aggressive.
Strong analytical skills are a hard requirement to successfully link detailed business demands with technical possibilities and constraints.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
You must be proficient in using Jira and Confluence to track issues, manage workflows, and maintain project documentation.
You must have a solid understanding of SQL to query databases, validate data integrity, and support reporting requirements.
You must be comfortable writing and editing HTML to troubleshoot user interface issues and implement minor front-end adjustments.
You must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the state of Illinois for this position.
